Norwegian cruise line plans to resume cruise operations with embarkations beginning 11th May, 2020.
Guests who are currently booked on cruises with embarkation dates from March 13 through May 10, 2020 will receive a full refund of their cruise fare in the form of a future cruise credit which can be applied towards any NCL voyage right up to December 31, 2022.  
Guests who reschedule their holidays will receive a bonus of an extra 25% or 50% FCC, depending upon their embarkation dates.
Those affected by the temporary suspension, or who cancelled via NCL’s Peace of Mind policy, can use their FCC to avail of 20% discount off published fares for voyages from July 1, 2020 up to December 31, 2022.  Guests must book their future cruise once their FCC is applied to the guest profile and latest by April 14, 2020. 
Guests who prefer not to take advantage of a FCC can receive a full refund in the amount of the cruise fare paid.
