• For all cruises until 30 September, cancel up to 48 hours prior to your cruise starting date and receive 100% Future Cruise Credit to be applied towards any NCL voyage up to December 2022.

• For all cruises from October 1 onwards, you may cancel for a full refund up to 120 days before your cruise.

Policy for Suspended cruises

Guests who were booked on suspended cruises with embarkation dates from March 13 through May 10, 2020 will automatically receive a 125% or 150% refund (depending on the original sail date) of their cruise fare in the form of a Future Cruise Credit .These future cruise credits will be issued from 6 April, 2020 and can be applied towards any NCL cruise up to December 31, 2022.

Cruises with embarkation dates from March 13 to March 17, 2020 will receive 150%
Cruises with embarkation dates from March 18 to May 10, 2020 will receive 125%
